Jet Set Luis: Rumbo a la Costa Blanca is - contrary to what the name may suggest - a MM remake by the Spanish group Softwarecete. The objective of the game is "to guide Luis (also known as Luisdel), during one week of his life, helping him to avoid everyday hazards, while collecting items which are useful to him or simply make life worthwhile, so that he can achieve his much-desired goal of enjoying the weekend with his girlfriend in Costa Blanca".
The game was gamma-released in February 2015 and presented at the RetroAlba 2015 video games fair in Albacete. The original release, however, suffered from a critical bug in the last cavern, which made it incompletable. A bug-fixed revision of Jet Set Luis: Rumbo a la Costa Blanca was released in February 2016.
