Steal Stealin' was the third gamma-released JSW128 game by the DrUnKeN mAsTeR!!!, and the third part of the so-called Down and Out Trilogy (the other two parts being: Skint Willy and Willy the Rogue). It was released in December 2002, with a bug-fixed revision following in the course of the same month.

After losing and then regaining his fortune (as per the first two parts of the trilogy), Willy is now the richest rogue in town. Unfortunately, he has gained a bit of a reputation and has lost a lot of friends because of it. One night Willy decides to nick an antique alarm clock belonging to Archie Smackengrabb, worth almost three quarters of Willy's fortune. It is hidden in an old garage on a local estate where he lived as a child. Willy's few remaining friends advised him against this crazy stunt, but he would not listen. He went into the garage and grabbed the clock, but then the police showed up. Willy had to run through an old warehouse and into a back alleyway, where he jumped into a teleporter. He arrived at a seemingly familiar place he had never been to before. It turned out there were more things to pilfer there, and Willy just couldn't stop stealing...

Apart from Jet Set Willy, the game is based on Fahrenheit 3000 by Tim Williams and Chris Jones (Softstone Ltd 1984/Firebird Software Ltd 1985) - hence the alternative title. In fact, the DrUnKeN mAsTeR!!! started converting Fahrenheit 3000 to the JSW game engine as a side project, but then scrapped it and used the rooms he had already created in the third part of the Down and Out Trilogy.

The last original revision of the game was still impossible to complete because of a critical bug. A bugfixed, completable version, prepared by Daniel Gromann, was released, with the DrUnKeN mAsTeR!!!'s "blessing", in November 2019.

The game uses Hacklevel 8 of the JSW128 game engine.
