24. Monstrum!

Author: Stuart J. Hill

Year: 2000

Language: English

Monstrum! was the second JSW game gamma-released by Stuart J. Hill. It is based on the autobiography of Tony 'Doc' Shiels published by Fortean Tomes in 1990. 'Doc' Shiels is a painter who has worked in the Cubist, Rheotist, Abstract and Surrealist traditions. He has exhibited widely and has been described as "the finest painter of abstract seascapes" within the St. Ives' School. He has also worked in the spheres of theater, music and conjuring.

The player's task is to recreate the adventures of 'Doc' Shiels by travelling around a surrealist landscape while collecting various 'goodies' on the way.
