Jet Set Emily: Baby on the Go is the only JSW game gamma-released by Steve Worek (Doctor Who aka Doctor Thomas B. Who).

The game was first released in 2002. The Special Edition, created in 2004, was released by Steve Worek in early 2005. It featured significantly-developed graphics, but it contained (contrary to the original edition) critical bugs which made it impossible to complete.

In 2006 Daniel Gromann created the Final Edition of the game and released it with Steve Worek's approval. The package contained also the Original and Special Editions released as TAP files, the latter bug-fixed and completable. The release of two bugfixes of the Final Edition in early 2007 completed the process of the creation of the game.

All three editions of the game use the Softricks variant of the game engine, different from the standard JSW in that it has a double-length Guardian Class Table, with consequent relocation of the Item Table and toilet sprite (John Elliott has analysed the Softricks engine for technical details of these changes and described them on his website).

Furthermore, the Final Edition uses Jonathan Graham Harston's modification which makes it possible to increase the number of rooms beyond the standard 64. In addition to the 62 rooms present in the Special Edition, it features also 2 rooms designed by Steve Worek and included in earlier versions of the game and 7 brand-new rooms designed by Zoran Miladinov.
