Willy and the Dodecahedron was Stuart J. Hill's first JSW64 game. It was gamma-released in October 2008. According to the author, it can be considered "to be of 'easy to moderate' difficulty", "it's based around a hub, so it's fairly non-linear" and "the design allows you to explore without necessarily collecting objects, so it will suit casual players".
The game uses Variant V, Hacklevel 12 of the JSW64 game engine.
