Hmmm. I suppose you could get the code in at
expense of sprites.
Of course, if I were writing
JSW128 *now* rather than in 1996, with all the knowledge
of JSW's internals I've built up, then you'd very
likely end up with 150 rooms, 64 sprite pages, guardians
set up individually in each room rather than using
class tables, and plenty of room for fancy code. But in
the process I'd probably change the engine so much
that it would be very difficult to import old
datafiles or write editors.
