Yeah, there is sound.
It just says (roughly)
"this is a news flash - after a long lay off, matt's
site is going flash. shockwave flash...this keeps
matt's site up to date" and there's another bit I can't
remember. no 'actual news' though. I think the bloke is
called Bob, or something.
