Not
as such, but you could save a Spectrum BASIC program as text and then use BAS2TAP

I once edited a BASIC program on a TAP file
using a text editor, and then fixed the checksums using SPECSAISIE! (I changed the string
"1998" to "2000" prior to releasing the public beta of Jet Set Dizzy this
year.)
