Subject: Re: Games Designer and other editors
"* Ninja: you played a Ninja, and had to shoot or
kick (the game therefore was in two parts) enemies
such as Kung Fu masters, Yamos, etc. I was heavily
into Ninjas in the eighties, and no doubt would have
written a Ninja JSW game if I'd been able to write MM/JSW
games in those days!"
Sounds like it could have
been an interesting proposition.
Did you get the
updated Time Hole Andrew? Same question to Sendy and
Gawp.
On another topic (because I can't be bothered to
start a new one) is anyone here familiar with the work
of the early Pink Floyd and Syd Barrett in
particular? I've been doing a lot of reading about him
lately, and I was telling Sendy a while back about a sort
of psychedelic Willy game I had conceived of (which
would need lots of fancy features to match my ambition,
but it would only use 64 rooms out of the 256 in
JSW128). I figure I'd incorporate elements and what have
you from Syd's life and work. I'm very into
psychedelics and confusion and stuff like that right now.
