yes... this i realised. i think the term 'lock out' was
a little too steep, i was just thinking of a way to
deter people from spoiling their enjoyment of the games
by loading them up in the editor (which is a very
easy thing to do, as opposed to manual hacking which
is more interesting). if it were to be implimented
it would need to be far from watertight, if you see
my point.

reading that reminds me
of when they wanted to ban home video recorders and
tape decks. it's a similar thing with napster (which i
feel rather ambivalent about personally :)
