I've been so busy that I haven't had
time to play it properly yet, but I did snatch a brief go for 5-10 minutes last Sunday. I
agree with what you say - it's not very original, but I did see some nice screens, and it
does have an interesting atmosphere about it! :-)

I didn't think much of the
screenshots (in Photos), to be honest, but I was much more impressed when I played it! You didn't
choose the most attractive rooms for screenshots IMO.

I look forward to playing it
fully when I get a chance. If I wasn't so busy, I'd like to reply with detailed comments on
each room (and for Willy's Afterlife and Willy Comes Home), but sadly there's going to be
no chance of that in the foreseeable future! :-( Let's just say that I have noticed some
'quirky features' in these games that are clearly unintentional...

What's it called, by the way? You don't seem to have given it a proper title,
so I'm just calling it "sendyjsw" at the moment, as in the filename.

My Jet Set Willy Construction Kit (JSW CK), with which I wrote We Pretty and JSW:LOTR,
allows you (well, just me at the moment, since I haven't released it yet ;-) ) to edit
guardians graphically in the context of a room. In a given room, you select a particular
guardian INSTANCE to edit, or alternatively, when you're editing a particular guardian CLASS,
you can focus on any instance of that class in any room - it looks them up for
you.

JSW CK is really good when it comes to editing guardians - you can edit the row of a
horizontal guardian in pixels, not just characters, and you can edit the length of a rope - other
JSW editors don't let you do these things AFAIK.

JSW CK is not released yet because
it isn't finished (and I haven't even worked on it since March 1999 :-( ), but if you'd
like to try it as it stands, I could email you a copy. If many people would like to try it,
I could release a public beta version, even in its current imperfect
state.
