a hack of the normal engine providing
extra features, mainly in guardian editing (for
example, horizontal speed, one directional guardians,
etc,) also geoff has created diagonal guardians in the
48k engine, and there's the option to add even more
funky stuff if you know programming!

memory is tidied up to allow for more extra routines
]
