"My memory of playing the 'Call of Cthulhu' RPG
(circa 1985) involves using the paper cut-out Mythos
silhouettes, so the Guardians do/will look particularly
appropriate in my eyes!"
I think a few liberties will
have to be taken with scale 'though - even
multi-sprite guardians for some of the nasties will be teeny
versions!
