In order to do this you'd need to extend the
bank-switching technique, as used by the 128K spectrums. Whilst
this would be fairly trivial to do, it'd also be
largely pointless unless people were going to write
software specifically to use it.
Even then you
really wouldn't want a multi-megabyte machine as the
amount of code required for switching it in and out of
the 64K address range would be an absolute nightmare.
