Sendy, the program you mention is indeed a Dizzy
editor. I downloaded a different one a year or so ago and
it was very incomplete.
This editor is much
more user-friendly and professional but it is all in
Russian (as was the other editor). If your emulator can
handle TRD or SCL disk formats then it's worth a
look.
It is a demo though, so don't expect to be able to
write a whole new game using just the
program.
BTW, there is a new Dizzy game out, Dizzy Underground,
also available from POS IIRC.
