Subject: End of Manic Miner for the NGPC
I've just received this e-mail below from Jester
Interactive. If you haven't currently got a Version of Manic
Miner for the Neo Geo Pocket Colour then I suggest that
you get a copy http://www.ngpc.co.uk A.S.A.P as it
looks like I've got to remove
it.

You are currently clearly breaching our
copyright with your ngpc title.
I fully understand
that you are not doing this for any commercial gain,
BUT, we
have a number of titles in development
using these brands.
I strongly suggest that
you remove the ability to download your game
immediately.
I would like you to e-mail me back confirming
that you will do this please.
Unfortunately,
if you do not, we will have to take further action
against you, which
I really do not want to do.
Nothing to get worried about, but please remove it
all.
