The above link is a link to the demo of A Very Willy
Christmas 2.
It is only a 3 room demo.
It does
not represent the final rooms or anything but is
meant to give you an idea of the game
engine.
There are a few kinks to work out but it is almost
there.
There is a bug when you jump from room beta to room
alpha where you don't continue your jumping motion but
that is only because I accidentally deleted a variable
and never noticed by the time I compiled the file (
DOH ! ).
The only real things that I have to
add before I begin compiling the full game are
vertical screen flipping ( had it going but the jumping
motion didn't continue ) but that is a simple fix and
maby a couple of more features ( don't know what yet !
:) ), oh and the all mighty swings but that might
not happen :) ( well not in many rooms anyway
)
So far I have in Solid blocks,Soft blocks,bad
blocks,Convayor
blocks,Ramps,Lifts,Crumblers,Switches,collectables and baddies.
Don't know if I have missed
anything out.
Can you guess the music ???? :)
