wow! just played it... seems very much like the
spectrum version, apart from a few things which obviously
need ironing out.
those points are
mainly
1 - ramps, which are fine going up but a bit buggy
when coming down. also, jumping through them is a tad
too tricky for my liking.
2 - conveyors. you
should be able to walk in the opposite direction to
them. jumping and landing on a conveyor whilst opposing
it's direction is allowed and you can carry on
opposing the conveyor. falling squarely onto a conveyor
means you will be pulled the direction of the conveyor.
(in the spectrum version you can mysteriously 'hang
on' by holding the other way when you land - i don't
know weather you would want to impliment
this).
but it's looking really good as a starting point. i
like the authentic spectrum graphics. i wouldn't make
them much 'better' than that. perhaps the look of a
souped up c64 or something :).
