believe it was a guy named Matthew Smith ;-)
The
graphics on his website
[http://www.the-good-stuff.freeserve.co.uk/ ] are in a similar style to the cassette-inlays
(specifically the little men), and there were only two other
people in Software Projects when Matthew wrote Jet Set
Willy.
