Subject: Fixed bugs..

The major concern was the ramps. Well, I had a
tinker with the code and came up with a solution, Willy
seems to "stick" to the ramp when in contact with it on
the original version, so I re-written the ramp code
so that this happens. I have to say it works a heck
of a lot better :-)
Now there's no more juddering
when he goes up/down ramps. You can walk in/out of
screens on ramps correctly. There's still a slight glitch
but it's nowt really :-)

Another problem was
that Willy missed a frame when he went up a ramp and
jumped making it look a little dodgy, that's now been
fixed.

Updates since the last demo includes: the crumbler blocks
(which work surprisingly well), I used the Manic Miner
screen at the end to test these out. The moving holes in
some screens off JSW2. And gave the game a bit more of
a "border".

"i noticed the special sprites
aren't editable - eg, megaron... will you change this in
the final version."

What do you mean editable?
as in graphic wise? I've said in previous posts how
you can edit the graphics.. for the moment at
least.

"also, i was able to jump on the * in the cold room and
bounce off quickly, unharmed."

Fixed. It was
because it wasn't showing the next frame of the game
quickly enough.

"when you get to the top of a ramp
and you're jumping through it and there's solid wall
behind it"

Fixed.

Just trying to add the
tunes and stuff in now :-)
I'll keep posting.
