death every time i start :<
and i can't switch the contunie thingy off.
dan, can we have a couple of things in the editor? :
1 - a way of disabling the continue thingy (i think it could take the
fun out of smaller games)
and
2 - a basic password system. i've been involved in game editor
production with a few projects and 90% of people agree that a light
form of protection (a simple password will do), improves the
longevity and fun of games created with the editor.
also, the lifts are kinda buggy, but it doesn't really affect the
gameplay that much.
btw, how do you get the item in the cartography room? in JSW 2
platform blocks were added to this level as you played the game,
enabling you to reach the item.
i've tested the trip switch thing, it seems to work well, although if
you get the game over screen, the switch isn't erased from the
display beforehand. also, a 'copy' room feature will be needed so we
can make almost identical rooms to switch between. also i'm wondering
what will happen to the items on switched rooms? i guess the best
thing is not to use items on these rooms, as they may appear or
disappear, never to be seen again!
oh yeah, horizontal lifts would be cool, too. even if you have to
walk with them to stay on them.
