Which ghost train room?
The Ghost Train: Entrance fee...?
The Ghost Train: Death on Wheels!?
The Ghost Train: Exit?

If it's when exiting right from Death on Wheels!, it's not a bug. You
have to move immediately, or you die, because there's a fire block
right on Willy's initial position.
