It might be Stephen McMaster's Amiga conversion of Manic Miner. Did
Willy look vaguely Mario-esque and were the levels larger than the
screen? If it was, I'm afraid I'm not sure there's a fully working
copy out there, but I can always put the word out on the Amiga
newsgroups of course

BTW. Stephen's conversion of JSW 2 is also brilliant, but the only
version available on emulator (that I know of) has jerky scrolling
and Willy's sprite is invisible :(
