You've got to be pulling my leg! ;-)

If it /is/ true, then wow, that's absolutely amazing!! I just wish I
could have been the one to see that girl... (I wouldn't have been
looking in a pub, though, as I am a strict teetotaller.)

Are you 100% sure it was Kari? Were her `on'-pixels black?

Yes, that's the question to ask if you (TDM) ever see her again! Give

God knows we need more women in the scene, which up to now
has been almost exclusively male (and the editing scene entirely
male it seems). I'm still pursuing the dream of universality
in the JSW community

I'll second that! I would love to see a female JSW-author, but for
some reason girls just aren't as computer-sympathetic (let alone
Willy-sympathetic) as boys (there are far more men than women in my
department at university, although the ratio *is* much better than for
MM/JSW).

At least we've got women interested in *playing* MM/JSW, but editing
is another matter... What can we do to develop their interest?

One of my enduring memories from childhood is of my little sister
crying because she thought I'd /permanently/ removed all the items
from Jet Set Willy. If only her passion for the game had remained...
