Subject: Mr Top Hat/Jet Set Homer
I like Mr Top Hat it's got some very nice tweaks to it, and I don't
think the graphics are crap they've got character. Did you swipe the
fish sprites from Devils Crown? Also it was nice to see my name in
the readme totally unexpected. I haven't played it much because I've
been defecting to Neo-Geo Games for the last week or so, so between
pad smashing anger at losing at KOF 94-whatever I've been playin' JSW
games to ease my tension. Mostly Where's Woody (which I still haven't
finished) TSINLPH (which I also still haven't finished thanks to
"it's the quiet ones you gotta watch") and Ma Jolie (which I'm crap
at really took me down a peg or 2). But Mr Top Hat is a nice change
and good to play and drink beer to.
Also just about that Jet Set Homer idea, I was gonna do a simpsons
JSW a while ago, in fact all my friends who play games demanded it
but I never got round to it. I only had one room planned out and that
was called "Sideshow Bob VS The Rakes". Because that episode on the
boat when Bob stands on the rakes repeatedly then continues to walk
round in circles for about 30 seconds whilst still standing on the
rakes is super funny and surreal. I think it's the one when the
simpsons have to go into protective custody, then the become the
thompsons. Anyway I'm never gonna do a simpsons JSW I've got too much
on my plate, with Bizarre and the Spec EDs of the DOA Trilogy. Also
the new idea which I did reveal a while ago but nobody seemed to
notice. It's JSW The Thing, That's the idea I was keeping quiet
about. 2 Screens complete as of last week, but no more until Bizarre
is finished.
Sorry if I've mixed up games and posts with my questions but there's
been so many in the last couple of days that all my opinions and
questions have been mudged into one big drunken mess.
Also I apologise once again for another giant post.....Sorry :)
