Yes it's just the instructions etc.. :-)

Well in my sprite editor, the sprite and palette are on the same
screen so it's easier to pick a colour and draw with it ;-)

The music for JSW PC uses modules (MOD) and extended modules (XM),
they are similar to MIDI songs. And yes you can change the music,
I've explained how to do it in the Readme.txt with the editor.

Do you mean Zoom in or actually enlarge it? The sprite editor has a
zoom feature.

64 for earth and water, 32 for fire, 16 for conveyors, 4 for
crumblers.
