I've now replaced these by files which contain no Software Projects
code. To whit:

* JSW128 has been replaced by an installer program which reads a JSW48
tape and creates a JSW128 tape. There are versions of the installer
for cassette and +3 disc.

* The disassembly has been replaced by an IDA command file and
instructions for how to use this to make your own disassembly.
