Ok, thanx for the Manic Miner experience of the century. If I still
had the Manic Miner Technologies-site up and running I'd give it 10
out of 10 and standing ovations! I still haven't figured out room 2
(Majolica), and I'm not shure I ever will, but one can always cheat.
It must be the hardest video game (I like the word ' video game'
[sounds kinda Atari XEL900 Turbo]) ever to hit the Spectrum. Seems
like nothing's been done by coincidence. It must have taken quite a
few hours completing each screen. It really shows off the authors
incredible knowledge of the Manic Miner game engine.
Right, here's my ratings:
Gameplay: 10/10
Graphics: 8/10
Sound: 0/10 (As a rule of thumb I play all 48K MM/JSW games mute)
Lastability: 10/10
Level of difficulty: 10/10
Overall: 20/10 (If possible ...)
Uh... Will we ever see a tap.-version of the game? Maybe with a
little loading screen?... or text?... Or one of those Andrew-tunes?
Hurrah!
