There is C program at
http://www.worldofspectrum.org/utilities.html#screen that calls
itself SCR2GIF. It converts 6912-byte video-RAM image (.SCR file)
to .GIF file.

To create .SCR file (input to SCR2GIF), in RealSpectrum emulator save
memory block (ALT+F9: start=16384, length=6912).

SCR2GIF can even create animated GIFs for FLASH 1: use command-line
flag -f.
