I've used frhed, obtained at http://www.kibria.de/frhed.html, to edit
snapshots in the past. I'd highly recommend it. Be careful of editing
TZX's though, as there's a checksum at the end of the data, and you'll
get a tape loading error if you edit the code without fixing the checksum.
On the Spectrum itself (or in an emulator), you can of course use Multiface.
