Has anyone else seen this game, Creepy Dungeons? I stumbled across it
by accident looking at a map uploaded to WoS
(ftp://ftp.worldofspectrum.org/pub/sinclair/games-
maps/c/CreepyDungeons.png). As you can see, it looks like a very
crude JSW game (emphasised by the map-maker's adding Willy and Maria
to his efforts) - the lead character is even based on Willy's sprite,
as is the information bar. The game isn't a JSW game though, as
evidenced by the completely different and rather crudely coded game
engine (watch our hero jump in a perfect square!). Still, I thought
as a piece of trivia it might be amusing. I'm thinking of knocking
out a JSW version of it, with slight modifications of course (Creepy
Dungeons doesn't have a fall limitation, meaning that some scenes are
safely - but only - reached by dropping a considerable distance) just
to keep my hand in. If I do, I should ask Andrew to list it under
tidbits rather than full games
you can check out what little WoS has to say, and download the game,
