I had a similar reaction to Pyramania, which I recently played for
the first time after Geoff Eddy said "B O ROD IN SGA P T HE OR
EM" from We Pretty was reminiscent of it. Pyramania bears a striking
graphical resemblance to JSW (especially the main character), but the
falling and jumping are much cruder (though not as crude as Creepy
Dungeons).

POKE 36477,1 lets you fall without dying, as you know (presumably
this is the poke that JSWED applies).

It's quite a dilemma for me, as most of the entries in Tidbits don't
have as many as 25 new rooms. Indeed, Manic Miner 7 is on the main MM
list despite having only /five/ edited rooms (Craig Rothwell
abandoned it in favour of a PC remake, so you could argue I should
have left it under Future MM Games), while the German JSW editor with
60 edited rooms is listed under JSW Tidbits because I decided it was
just too messy and unoriginal to warrant being on the main list along
with the Spectrum Computing JSW game.

The idea of the Tidbits sections is to cover games that are basically
just minor variants of the original MM/JSW/JSW128. A JSW version of
Creepy Dungeons would be considerably more than a minor variant IMO,
so I very much doubt that I could consign it to Tidbits by my
existing criteria for where to draw the line.

For now, I've added Creepy Dungeons to Others, since it is clearly of
MM/JSW interest (in a similar way to Winer Milly) without being based
on the MM/JSW game-engines. I've added a note to the entry for Creepy
Dungeons to say that you're thinking of doing a JSW version.

I've experienced a number of ontological headaches in compiling my
List of MM/JSW Games. For example, the decision to put Henry's Hoard
under Others rather than JSW was contentious because the game-engine
is clearly based on the JSW game-engine. I decided to put it under
Others primarily because it was not billed as a JSW game, and this
decision sits well with me because of the three different versions
and the compressed file-format.

A good rule of thumb for deciding whether a game belongs in JSW or
Others is: would it make sense to convert it to JSW? If so, it
probably belongs in Others. To my way of thinking, this is another
thing that narrowly separates Henry's Hoard from, say, the Geoff-mode
games, _Maria vs. some bastards_, the Softricks JSW engine or
Jonathan Harston's extension.
