Subject: MM walking/jumping disassembly

I've now uploaded the finished version of my MM walking/jumping
annotation:

<http://downloads.bigredswitch.co.uk/mm-move.txt>

It's basically my comments to John Elliott's work. The equivalent for
JSW should be posted Real Soon Now.

Carl.
