As has been surmised elsewhere, I removed it because I wasn't
happy about my copyright position.

Jester's stance on this, at least while I worked there, was that they
were perfectly happy for the MM/JSW community to hack away
and do whatever they liked with the original versions of the games.
Their concern, quite rightly so, was with ports that competed
directly with their updates (GBA and mobile phone).
