No, I'm just trying to offer my perspective on the who-owns-Willy
business (something I've been given a hard-time for in the past, so
something I'm quite, erm, tetchy about).

So both Jester & Tommy owns the rights at the same time?

Matt is probably the best person to answer that! As far as I'm aware
Jester only have a licence to use Willy on certain hardware platforms
for a certain period. They don't own copyright to any other versions
released other than their own (GBA and mobile phone).
