1. You need a Spectrum-emulator:

There are many emulators to choose from. I use Windows XP too, and
I've been using RealSpec since my real Spectrum died in 2003, but
it's not the most user-friendly piece of software.

From what I've heard from other people, SPIN is worth a try, or
maybe Spectaculator (which has the disadvantage of being shareware).


2. Download games in emulator-format, and open
the .TZX/.TAP/.Z80/.SNA files in your emulator:
