jjwe2002 has posted spam thrice now to advertise his search engine.
He's clearly not going to add anything to the group. Can we just
kick him out before he posts again?

This is one of the close calls of discretion that one has to make
when one is an Owner or Moderator of a Yahoo! Group.

I am committed to keeping this Group free of spam of a commercial or
pornographic nature. But I have investigated this CooRah site, and I
find it to be a free and useful search-engine - which can be used to
search for Manic Miner and Jet Set Willy, after all.

While I appreciate your concern over off-topic messages, I have no
grounds for banning jjwe2002 at this time. However, seeing as his
messages appear to fall in a somewhat grey area between freedom of
information and spam, I will scrutinise any future messages for
possible violations of the Yahoo! Terms of Service.
