the buffers. The 0.5k of space freed by removing the
blank blocks would not be usable anyway, because the
levels are aligned with pages, IIRC. There are better
ways to save space, too, like compressing the
levels."
Of course, if he HAD compressed the levels,
chances are we wouldn't be here now, and there'd only be
two JSW games :)
I'm curious, since I know
nothing about the internal workings of JSW (I have the
room formats but, being untrained in computers, can't
read them). What do the buffers actually do?
