If by
"it" you mean the deal with emuunlim, I don't approve or disapprove of that. It's your
decision, and I'm not going to advise you one way or the other.

It would be a good idea to keep a backup of my website, so that you
would be able to put the material up again after my site disappears. It may not be possible
to gauge when it's getting "nearer the time", as my PhD attempt could come to an end at
any time - it might be so sudden that I don't even get chance to warn you in advance! My
website might just be there one day and gone the next, so it's worth updating the backups
whenever I change a file (which I always indicate on the index pages).

Presumably people who download the .zip files
from my website tend to keep a copy of all their contents anyway, so that shouldn't be
anything to worry about. I doubt that they bother to take a copy of the HTML files,
though.

If you want to do a page about me for the sake of
completeness, that should be fine. My own website will remain the `official Andrew Broad website'
while it still exists; after I'm gone, I guess you could put stuff like the List of MM/JSW
Games, the Manic Miner Room Format, the list of Quirky Features, etc. on your website, linked
from my author page, and perhaps also the previews of forthcoming games (although I won't
be able to update them if I don't have access to the Internet).

I intend to
continue with my MM/JSW authoring after it's all over and before I die (and even in the
afterlife too, if possible! :-) ) - in fact, I'll have far more time to devote to it once my PhD
campaign is over. If I don't have access to the Internet myself, I'll try to get someone who
does to pass on my games.
