That may be so, but if I myself have already left, I
might not even get a chance to post a 'goodbye' message
on my website (I'm thinking of the worst-case
scenario that I get kicked out (which can happen when a
PhD is doomed to failure) and have to leave
immediately in disgrace ;-) ). In fact, perhaps I'd better
put a message on my website to say that I might
disappear any day but probably not for a
while...
