Subject: Andrew's website updated

I have updated my List of MM/JSW Games - just Future Games and
Titbits this time.

I have added a new page, Disassemblies of MM/JSW, after Carl
Woffenden gave me permission to host his annotated disassemblies.
This page also has links to all known MM/JSW-related annotated
disassemblies (except a few snippets buried in the depths of this
Group's Messages).

The bad news is that I've had to abandon my plan to release
MM:Outside in 2005 - to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the David
Bowie album 1.OUTSIDE - as it's November already and I still haven't
started it. So 2005 will pass without the release of a Broadsoft
game. :-(

I do plan to write MM:Outside in the future, but it's no longer my
first priority.

My next game will be Afrikaan, a 48K JSW game with several patches
which have to be written first:
* vertical conveyors;
* horizontal and vertical lifts;
* walking not disabled whilst jumping or falling;
* arbitrary POKEs specified by room (e.g. 36477,1 for fall-without-
dying): value in Offset 237, address in Offsets 238/239, old value
(to undo the POKE when you leave the room) at 41982;
* the whole screen colour-cycles for 8 time-frames when you collect
the last item needed to remove Maria (like when you get an extra
life in Manic Miner);
* if you fall off the bottom of the screen from a height of more
than 4 character-rows, it kills you immediately, rather than
infinitely in the room below.
