Subject: Things.......If I had a quid for everytime I used that one
Hello people, I've had a very productive morning and almost finished
the mansion section of "The Man Who Sold the World" (bare in mind I
work nightshift and it's my night off), it's taken me from about 5am
until now 10.09am to get this far and I've managed to turn 2 skeleton
rooms and 2 unwritten rooms into 2 finished rooms and 2 skeletal (I
say skeletal because they're half done LOL). Anyway I've posted some
more pics of finished rooms in the BaSe 1 PrOdUcTiOnZ folder. There's
only 3 more rooms to go and the mansion is finished, then I can start
on the parts of the game that are going to take an insane amount of
work (due to looks and playability). Anyway once I have finished the
mansion section I will retain the rest of the games progress to a
slow and steady pace, because once I get it done it's "The DrUnKeN
mAsTeR!!!" I'll be working on until 24/12/05 because I have to finish
it off in time for crimbo as I said I would......So far so good but
if I want to add a few new rooms that are of any quality I need a
little time. But hopefully after the next day or so I'm gonna cram
like a fat man with a 14 ft pile of pies that go out of date in the
next 24 hours. Anyway it's almost christmas hope everyone is happy
and cheerful I am but that's partially because my detox went flying
out of the window until after new year :)
Also for Sendy is there an updated version of MP in the files
section? I can't seem to find out because my puter seems to crash a
lot especially if I get more than 5 pages deep in surfdom. In fact I
had to pre-type this message in notepad then cut and paste it into
the post screen which means it may appear several hours after the
above mentioned pics have been posted.
One last thing, for John Elliot.......I don't know if it's my
computer but JSWED still crashes whilst editing or choosing sprites
mostly when choosing in the property editor. Just like it always did.
I find myself saving every few blocks or sprites once again just
incase. Much like Sendy said I went for an hour an no
crash....................Unfortunately I went for 57 mins and a big
crash. But I figure it must be my computer since no-one else has
whinged about it.
