Putting the games on a web page as an Applet is easy enough, and quite
a few of the Java emulators have notes on how to do this. WoS has a
Java section in its list of emulators, which are all worth a look at,
but the one that stood out for me was JX-Speccy, which has 128k
emulation and sound support (without a plug-in):

I'd recommend the emulator route over any of the pure Java versions of
the MM & JSW engines, as none of them have an accurate enough
implementation of the Speccy versions to guarantee perfect game play
(including my own).
