I think I've sorted it.

Replace the byte sequence at &1F90 in the memory image (and presumably
the disc image as well)

A2 97 A0 1F 20 F7 FF 52 2E 4A 53 57 31 2E 35 0D

with

D3 4A 92 26 83 56 C6 40 58 F9 69 9C 4C 88 00 96

The first sequence disassembles as

LDX #&97
LDY #&1F
JSR #&FFF7 \OSCLI
.L1F97 EQUS "R.JSW1.5",#&0D

and the second is a bitstring that draws the Watch Tower - probably
not the original, because the original was 16 bytes long and I did it
in 14 and then had to pad it out).
