Now I have. I've tidied up my part of the files area, and uploaded
an installer for creating JSW64 versions of BBC Manic Miner, BBC JSW
and BBC 'cassette' JSW2.
Even though this is installer-based, it isn't a final release. I had
to fix several guardian/guardian collisions in JSW1 (there are
probably others that I missed) and JSW2 isn't completable on account
of JSW64 not having lifts or Rocket Room support.
One thing I do recommend, though: Once you've converted JSW2, go to
the Fallout Shelter. Marvel at the way the guardians avoid colliding :-)
