Actually, since I have been a regular IRC-user since 1995, I'd
recommend IRC of course! I'm always available in IRC-servers IRCnet
and Quakenet under nickname visyli

PS.

A few things that have bugged me lately:

PINGUIN is actually spelled penguin. If the word is intentional,
ignore this ;)

You seem to spell your name differently from time to time, as Makovsky
Igor and Igor Makovsky. I'm guessing with some knowledge of Russian
culture, that Igor is your surname? ;)
