Subject: Videos of JSWED in action
Whilst trawling the net for a decent screencap utility (Alt +
Printscreen just doesn't do it for me) I stumbled across an interesting
little utility called Frontcam it's only 300 or so k and it can record
the entire screen, an area of the screen, or a window in AVI format so
I downloaded it and thought to myself I'll set it running and select
JSWED as the window. It worked perfectly (although the cursor doesn't
behave the same in the playback) I was thinking I could record myself
designing a room or record every session I have with JSWED now on so
anyone interested could see what I did. then I realised that 1 minutes
footage was 6 MEG ouch!. I'm gonna research compression sizes for AVI
files hopefully with the program I downloaded. If I can make the vids
smaller I'll get back to you all about it if you're interested.
Maybe you all won't be but I think it's a great find.
