There was some additional
discussion of this topic in messages 538-548.
I don't
claim to be an expert, but I know that design is easier
(and much quicker) if you have a reasonably precise
plan. For a Time Travel goof, you may plan out which
time periods Will will travel to. In other words, it's
easy to design a screen based on, for example,
Medieval England (castle screens, knight guardians, lots
of arrows, etc.), rather than just 'designing a
room'. I apologise if this is obvious to you, but my
first improvised game took six months; my second planed
out game took about six weeks! This taught me a
lesson!
