Thanks for the suggestion. "Captain Slog" in JSW II is the room that
springs to my mind.

I have added the following room-idea to the "Items" section of AMJT:

77. Items that cannot be collected while in the colour-attribute of a
guardian.

But I have only updated my local copy. Both the game and the web-page
have been edited since the versions currently available to the
public, but neither is in a quiescent state for even a beta-release
right now (this, too, requires 0 unread emails, and I'm going to be
hard-pressed to resume work on AMJT before the French Open 2007 - I'm
only looking at three weeks in May if there are no further delays to
my pre-FO schedule).

In JSW, you only need one vertical guardian to make an item only
collectable for a single time-frame.

In MM, one VG can make an item only collectable for TWO time-frames
(see Message 4044). And a MM VG kills you if it pixel-collides with
an item.
