Subject: Re: [Manic Miner and Jet Set Willy] More sprites from "Technician T

I was just wondering, do the sprites exist in some sort of file format for Manic Miner?

I am just about to resume efforts to do a port of Manic Miner to the Texas Instruments TI-99/4A, and if I had the sprites, even as text files, that would be a great starting point.

I had already starting transposing the sprites, using the Jet Set Willy editor, and simply looking at the sprites, and writing the sprite data down on a peice of paper in hex! I lost the hex notes, and my laptop, when my car was stolen recently, so I have to start all over again. If I could get the sprites in a file that would be fabulous!

Can anyone help?

Regards to all on the list!

Mark.

You should have just received a notification of the upload of the
file "RDF_SL_v. 1.1.zip". It is an enhanced version of R. D. Foord's
JSW Sprite Library transferred to a JSW128 game file. Expanding on the
previous version, I have added some new sprites from "Technician Ted"
which I managed to extract directly from that game, and a short text-
file description.

I hope you will find the additional sprites useful for your projects
:-) .

Daniel
